From now on, you can use the Quin app to make your own appointment to visit the practice. This saves waiting time on the phone.

Open the Quin app and click on "Contact GP. Go through the symptom checker first and then you can schedule a physical consultation. The results of the symptom checker are shared with the GP before your appointment, so he or she can prepare properly for your conversation.

From your holiday address, you can use the Quin app to make a video call to your GP or chat with the assistant the same day. And with the symptom checker you can check your own health complaint 24 hours a day. That way, you immediately know how urgent it is and whether you need to make an appointment with your GP.

You can also safely share a photo of your visible complaint. You will then receive a response within 2 working days. So a reliable, personal answer to your care question is always within reach.

Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a patient does not turn up for an appointment made with the practice. For this reason, we have introduced a 'no-show' fee with effect from 1 January 2022.

Do you want to cancel your appointment? Please do so at least 24 hours in advance by contacting us. Otherwise we will unfortunately be forced to charge you. This amount is not covered by your health insurance because it is a missed consultation and you will therefore have to pay it yourself.
