In order to provide the care you need, this includes home visits if necessary, we accept patients with the following zip codes: 1011, 1013, 1014, 1015, 1016, 1051, 1052, 1053, 1054, 1055, 1056.
Do you live outside our zip code area and want to register with us as a patient? Then when you register, you agree that we will not be able to visit you in case of emergency. You will, of course, receive appropriate care from us at the practice and remotely if possible.
