Through Quin, you can easily and quickly arrange health matters with your doctor or pharmacy. This is in addition to the patient portal.

Check your symptoms

Check your symptoms and get reliable insight into possible causes of your complaint, advice on whether you should see a doctor and an idea of how urgent it is. Go through the symptom checker via the website or in the Quin app.

Make an appointment with your doctor

Schedule an appointment for a phone consultation or a visit to the practice. Depending on your complaint, we will offer one or more appropriate options.

Ask questions and send photos

Have a practical or less urgent medical question? Send a chat message to the practice. You will receive a response within up to 1 business day. Send your chat message easily via the website or in the Quin app.

View your medical records

Your doctor keeps your medical records in the computer. Through the Quin app, you can log into it securely. This way you have your health data at hand.

Request repeat prescriptions

Place your request through the Quin app and receive notification when the prescription is sent to your pharmacy. There you can pick up the medication yourself.

The patient portal

Huisartsenpraktijk Westertoren uses a patient portal. In this portal you can easily arrange a number of things yourself, such as:

Request a repeat prescription, view medical records and examination results.

Download the Quin-app and link your patient portal to use it. Or click here to log in directly to the patient portal via your browser.

To use the patient portal, you need an account. For this you need a 06-number and your own e-mail address. Below you will find the instructions for creating an account.

How do I request an account for the patient portal?

Please fill in the form to request an account for the patient portal. To create an account we need your name, e-mail address and mobile phone number.

Note: The portal does not support logging in with one account for the entire family. Each family member must have his/her own e-mail address. However, it is possible that the same mobile number is used for several family members.

After your request, the assistant will create an account for you, after which you will receive an e-mail with instructions. After creating your password, you can easily log on to the patient portal.
