Physical consultation
It is not yet possible to schedule a physical consultation with your doctor or practice support staff online or via the Quin-app. On short notice, this will be possible via the Quin-app. Until then, you can contact the assistant to schedule a physical consultation. Do you want to cancel your appointment? Please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise we are unfortunately forced to charge the costs. This amount is not covered by your health insurance because it is a missed consultation and you will therefore have to pay it yourself.
Videoconsult
The Quin-app offers the possibility to speak to a family doctor online about your health complaint. First, you go through the symptom checker in the Quin-app and, depending on your complaint, various options are then offered to schedule a video consultation. Do you have a short question and would like to speak to someone directly? Every day between 9.00 and 12.00 we offer a digital waiting room. Here you can speak to a doctor within 30 minutes. Is it not convenient to sit in the waiting room, but would you like to speak to someone at short notice? Then indicate an hour when you can be reached easily. A family doctor will call you within this hour for a video consultation via the Quin app.
Do you prefer to make an appointment at a fixed time and choose which GP you will see? Then you can make an appointment with your own GP for a video consultation. Both you and your GP will open the video consultation at the time indicated. That saves travelling time! Download the Quin-app here to make use of this service. Ask questions and safely share photos
Do you have a practical or less urgent medical question? Instead of sending an e-mail, you can now easily ask the practice via Ask a question. You can also share photos of your visible complaint. You will always receive a response within two working days. Usually faster. Download the Quin-app to make use of this
