Quicker contact with the practice via the Quin app

Last year we started using the Quin app in our practice. The possibilities in the app make it easier and faster for you to reach us.

In the app, you can, for example, ask the assistant a question, make a video call to a GP the same day or request a repeat prescription. The Quin-app is the central place for all your healthcare questions and we can offer you the right care at the right time. Digital where possible, physical where necessary or desired.

Check your symptoms 24/7
With the symptom checker you can check your health complaint yourself 24 hours a day. This way you will immediately know whether you need to make an appointment with the doctor and how urgent it is.

Make a video call to a Quin doctor today
Does the symptom checker indicate the need to see a GP? For non-urgent complaints you can visit the online walk-in consultancy on working days until 15:00 hours. As soon as a Quin doctor is available, your video consultation will start. After your consultation, the GP will process all relevant information in your medical file. This means that your own GP is also well informed. Soon it will also be possible to reserve a time for the online consultation and to video call your own GP. We will keep you informed!

Ask the practice a question
Do you have a question about your medication, test results or a previous consultation? Instead of sending an email, you can now easily ask a question in the app via Ask a Question. If necessary, you can also safely share a photo of your visible complaint. You will receive a response within 2 working days. So a reliable, personal answer to your care question is always within reach.
